Design for Disabled.  The DDA 1995 has specific requirements for disabled access. We have specialist knowledge of the legislation in relation to planning matters.

 

Interior Design. We provide detailed interior design solutions which relatae to the exterior environment. Our work includes spatial layouts, interior decoration, lighting furniture, materials, selection and supplier liason and other specialist facilities design e.g. bars and signage.

 

Client Representation as Architect / Project Manager.  We have experience of dealing with construction disputes, industrial tribunals, appeal hearings and planning committee meetings.  We can also assist you with securing finance by providing information and certification lenders may require.

 

Community Planning. We can prepare presentations and assist you in community consultations prior to securing planning approval.
