Feasibility Design – covering RIBA Stage A (Appraisal) and Stage B (Strategic Brief)

 

We will provide a design feasibility study based on our professional knowledge and experience with the purpose of assisting you to explore your options and decide a way forward.

We will work with you in understanding your needs and aspirations and formulate a brief to establish user requirements and design objectives.

We will obtain all necessary information on the site. This will involve investigating planning opportunities and constraints and using Local and National planning guidance. This may also require a measured survey and preparation of drawings of the existing buildings on the site.

We will prepare a sketch design scheme to explore the feasibility of what you would like to achieve on the site. The feasibility study may involve alternative schemes for your proposed use.

We can also undertake schemes for different uses of the site to explore which is the most viable. The design feasibility will be for the purpose of assisting you to explore your options and decide a way forward.
