We take your project from conception to completion.

 

We are equipped to provide a turnkey package integrating the detailed design and construction stages of the project, and handover the completed building to the client at an agreed and highly competitive cost and within a specified timeframe.

We will:

- carry out RIBA Work Stages A-L as described under 'services';
- apply and secure Building Regulations approval;
- liaise with the Local Authority Building Control Inspector;
- apply and secure Building Guarantee from a recognized insurer if required;
- appoint and coordinate subcontractors;
- deal with service providers;
- act as CDM coordinator;
- provide necessary information to lenders;
- secure a Completion Certificate from the Local Authority;
- hand you the keys to your new property; and
- provide post completion support and feedback.

 

We will have sole responsibility for the building of the project and you will deal exclusively with us. That means no talking to builders, visiting the site, ordering materials, but with the same trust and confidence you have in us as architects.
