Final proposals – covering RIBA Work Stage E (removal of planning conditions, building regulations approval)

 

The detailed planning approved design is likely to have planning conditions attached which we will get approved prior to the start of construction work or occupancy.

 

We will produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications for Building Regulations Approval and liase with the relevant authorities.

 

 

We will apply and secure Building Regulations approval on your behalf from the LPA or alternative authority. This process with involve production of detailed architectural drawing and specifications and liaising with structural, services and other consultants for coordination of production information.
