Services covering RIBA Work Stages F-L (pre-construction, construction and post-construction work)

 

This scope of work at this stage will depend on the type of construction procurement method. We are equipped to provide services under the Traditional Method or the Design and Build Method.

 

Traditional method

 

Work covered involves Section 7 Tender Documentation, Section 8 Tender Action, Section 9 Mobilisation, Section 10 Construction to Practical Completion, Section 11After Practical Completion.

 

Construction Information/ Tender Documentation – we will prepare further information for construction required under the building contract, review information provided by specialists and liaise with service providers and CDM coordinator.

 

Tender Action – we will invite, obtain and appraise tenders and assist in contractor selection.

 

Mobilisation – we will select the building contract, appoint contractor, issue information and arrange site hand over to contractor.

 

Construction to practical completion (operations on site) – We will administer the building contract to practical completion, provide to the contractor further information as and when reasonably required, review information provided by contractors and specialists.

 

After practical completion – we will provide support and feedback as necessary
