 We can help you with all of the above and much more.  We provide architectural services in accordance with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) guidelines. The RIBA divides the work undertaken by architects into three distinct categories: preparation, design and construction. In addition to this, we offer other specialist services including interior design and refurbishment, planning appeals, party wall consultancy and design & build services. Feasibility. We provide a design feasibility study based on our professional knowledge and experience with the purpose of assisting you to explore your options and decide a way forward with your land or property.  2. Design stage 1 - planning permission. This covers pre-planning advice and outline proposals and making applications for full planning permission on your behalf which will involve a detailed design proposal incorporating planning issues, development of the scheme design to a greater level of detail and preparation of 3D visualisations of the completed project. 3. Design stage 2 - building control. The detailed planning approved design is likely to have planning conditions attached which need to be approved prior to the start of construction work or occupancy. We will prepare the necessary information and apply to the LPA for approval of the relevant conditions including liaising with the appropriate authorities. 4. Construction stage. Our construction stage services cover pre-construction, construction and post-construction work under RIBA stages F-L. The scope of work will depend on the type of construction procurement method. We are equipped to provide services under the traditional method or the design and build method. 5. Specialist services. Includes interior design & refurbishment, party wall consultancy, planning appeals, listed building consent and various other services. 6. Design & build. We are equipped to provide a turnkey package integrating the detailed design and construction stages of the project, and handover the completed building to you at an agreed cost and within a specified timeframe.  |
